During the warranty, any defect covers any defect from poor construction or poor quality material, either repairing or replacing the entire device according to our crisis. Depending on the availability, the model may be in a different color or a corresponding model. This warranty applies to products available in Greek territory.
The guarantee does not cover: destruction of poor, inappropriate and/or professional use, normal wear or defects due to the negligence of the user, especially with regard to brush heads, nor defects that have negligible effects on the value or operation of the device. The warranty is canceled if repairs have been made by unauthorized persons or genuine Braun/Oral-B spare parts have been used. This guarantee shall also be granted your rights by the Product Purchase Agreement in accordance with applicable legislation and does not affect your rights from it. In case of replacement of the product or spare parts within the framework of this Guarantee, the warranty is not renewed. To provide the guarantee services, it needs to be delivered / sent the entire device with the proof of purchase to an Authorized Oral-B Braun Customer Service Center.
