2 Year Warranty – For the warranty to be valid, the consumer needs to provide proof of purchase. For all Oral B electric toothbrushes, the company P&G provides a two (2) year warranty on the product, starting from the date of purchase.
Within the warranty period we cover, free of charge, any defect resulting from poor workmanship or poor quality material, either by repairing or replacing the entire device at our discretion. Depending on availability, the model may be a different color or a matching model. This guarantee applies to products available in the Greek territory.
The warranty does not cover: damage from bad, improper and/or professional use, normal wear and tear or defects due to user negligence, especially with regard to brush heads, nor defects that have a negligible effect on the value or function of the device. The warranty is void if repairs have been made by unauthorized persons or if genuine Braun/Oral-B spare parts have not been used. This warranty is in addition to and without prejudice to your rights under the product purchase agreement under applicable law. In case of replacement of the product or its spare part within the scope of this warranty, the warranty is not renewed. In order to be serviced within the warranty, the entire device with proof of purchase needs to be delivered / shipped to an authorized Oral-B Braun Customer Service Center.
